Coaching

“Coaching unlocks people’s potential to maximise their own performance. It helps them to learn rather than teach them.”

Sabine and I co-facilitated a few management seminars and it was an overall great experience for me and for the young managers. Sabine used her contagious energy and passion and her keen intuition to help managers gain new perspectives through her drama exercises. I observed trainees build self-confidence and presence as they explored their creativity. An additional gain to her contributions was the fact that the group developed strong ties over the course of the two days and therefore went back into the company with a robust, inclusive network.

This year I had the pleasure of working with Sabine on a coaching programme. Her ability to listen, her kindness and her creativity make her a coach who is very attentive to the uniqueness of her client. She adapts to what comes up in the session with great inventiveness.

Sabine's coaching is caring, warm, open and dynamic. Through her questioning, Sabine was able to bring out the links between my resources as a manager in an international company (adaptability to change, steering IT projects) and my uniqueness (support for human transformation linked to AI, search for meaning/consistency in line with my values). Sabine's approach to coaching gave me other multicultural viewpoints and helped me take a step back from my objectives.

On 25 April, we were warmly welcomed in a large, friendly room. Around ten of us got together in a friendly atmosphere where role-playing exercises were put into practice. These playful exercises highlighted situations that we experience on a daily basis, all in a relaxed atmosphere where laughter was the order of the day! Thank you Sabine for this wonderful opportunity to share!
